Joshua 1:8 (KJV)
“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”
This verse gives us God’s formula for true success.
Notice what God emphasizes:
Success is not first about what we do —
it is about what we become.
There is a powerful principle in this:
“Success is not something we should pursue.
Success is something we attract by the person we become.”
God desires for us to be successful in everything He has called us to do. Spiritually, emotionally, relationally, financially, and purposefully.
But that success flows out of and is a direct result of transformation from the Word of God.
As we fast and pray, God is not only answering requests.
He is changing us. Let God do the change in you that he wants to do. Embrace it, submit to it and receive it.
Through His Word, our minds are renewed.
Our thinking is re-aligned.
Our hearts are re-shaped.
Our habits are re-built.
And our lives begin to evolve into a higher version of ourselves.
When our thinking changes,
our choices change.
When our choices change,
our direction changes.
And when our direction changes,
our results change.
This is how God leads us into the success He has already promised. Allow this fast to shape you into a better version of yourself. It’s time to be a brand new you!
Stay encouraged.
Stay consistent.
Stay in His Word.
