Word Based Prayer

As believers we endeavor to pray word based prayers.(The written word of God reveals the will of God) Praying prayers that are based upon the word of God allows us to pray with great confidence and faith. It also allows us to pray the promises of God which are according to scripture, yes and amen.

1 John 5:14-15 (Amplified Version)

14 And this is the confidence (the assurance, the privilege of boldness) which we have in Him: [we are sure] that if we ask anything (make any request) according to His will (in agreement with His own plan), He listens to and hears us.

15 And if (since) we [positively] know that He listens to us in whatever we ask, we also know [with settled and absolute knowledge] that we have [granted us as our present possessions] the requests made of Him.

Jeremiah 1:12 (Amplified Version)

12 Then said the Lord to me, You have seen well, for I am alert and active, watching over My word to perform it.

Isaiah 55:11 (Amplified Version)

11 So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
